We have been handmaking our Traditional, soaked and slow baked, Christmas fruitcakes for the past 30 years, starting out at the Red hill Market in 1989.
Since that time, we have become a Christmas tradition in many a household and have always maintained our handmade, homemade ethos, with every cake individually made and wrapped personally by either myself or my husband, in our own home registered kitchen.
We try extremely hard to source the best Australian ingredients wherever possible and pride ourselves on a genuinely handmade, incredibly moist, preservative and additive free, rich fruitcake, packed full of fruit, with just the right amount of Christmas Cheer added!
