I started Mandi’s Kitchen in 1993 with the help of my family & friends.
Thanks to the loyalty and recommendations of all my customers my business keeps growing and you can now find my products online at www.mandiskitchen.com or at selected markets and several retailers throughout Australia.
I also wholesale to companies for their corporate gifts and to numerous charities, schools, churches and clubs for their fundraising.
My puddings are made from the finest Australian ingredients (where possible) and have been boiled in the cloth for 6-8 hours and just need re-heating. They are preservative, additive & colour free.
With a ‘best before’ shelf life of 18 months they can be stored in the pantry and enjoyed all year round.
My flavours include Traditional Christmas in round & logs, Gluten Free Christmas in round and logs.
The dessert logs are a great alternative to Christmas pudding, or a delicious dessert any time of the year.
