Elfreds make a range of Chutnies, Jams and Pickles which have been gathered from all over the world. Fred is a European Chef who has been living and working on the Mornington Peninsula for the last 15 years. He has cooked in various restaurants, hotels and catering establishments from Portsea to Melbourne and all over Australia.
